Terms of Service

Dracoharmonix (“we,” “us,” “Dracoharmonix”) provides professional audio mixing and video/audio mixing services. You (“you,” “the client”) upload stems or source files through the site, and we return mixed deliverables. Using the site or submitting a project means you agree to these terms.

When you submit a project, we automatically generate a free, unmixed reference mix (labeled “Original” on your project page) by summing your uploaded stems. This is a convenience feature so you have something to listen against immediately — it is not a professional mix, and it is provided at no charge regardless of payment status.

Pricing is calculated automatically from what you submit (the number of stem categories for music projects, or run time for video projects) per the formula published on our Pricing page, or quoted directly by us for projects outside that formula. Payment is collected after you upload your files, via Stripe. We do not store your card details — Stripe processes and holds all payment card information.

We target delivery of your first professionally mixed version within 48 hours of payment being received — not from the time you upload your files. Every mix includes up to three (3) rounds of free revisions, each targeted for turnaround within 24 hours of your notes. Turnaround times are targets, not guarantees, and can be affected by the scope of your notes or circumstances outside our control.

The free, automatically-rendered “Original” reference mix described in Section 2 is yours regardless of payment status.

Every other deliverable — every professionally worked mix and every revision — remains the property of Dracoharmonix until payment is received in full. Access to download or stream a worked mix or revision on the site does not transfer ownership or grant you a license to use, distribute, publish, or release that file until the associated project is marked paid. Using an unpaid worked mix or revision outside of personal reference/evaluation purposes is not authorized.

Once payment is received in full, ownership of the delivered mix(es) for that project transfers to you, subject to Section 6.

You retain all rights to the source material (stems, recordings, video) you upload. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit that material to us for mixing.

We do not use your uploaded stems, reference material, or the mixes and masters we produce for you to train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning model — ours or any third party's, local or commercial — and we do not sell or license your project files or deliverables to any such party. If you're unhappy with a delivered mix, use your included revision rounds first — most issues are resolved there. Beyond that, refund and cancellation requests are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact admin@dracoharmonix.com and we'll work it out with you directly.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the files and information you submit. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

The service is provided on an as-is, as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dracoharmonix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the project giving rise to the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
