Privacy Policy

Last updated July 14, 2026. Contact admin@dracoharmonix.com with any questions.

1. Information we collect

Account information: your name, email address, and a securely hashed password (we never store your password in plain text).

Project content: the audio stems, video, reference tracks, and notes (project name, BPM, engineer notes) you upload for mixing.

Payment information: we do not collect or store your card details. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we retain only Stripe's references to your transactions (e.g. customer, checkout session, and invoice IDs) so we can match payments to projects.

Usage information: basic technical information generated by using the site, such as session tokens used to keep you signed in.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to operate the service: to create and manage your account, deliver and store your mixes, process payment, communicate with you about your projects, and provide support.

3. We do not sell your data — to anyone, including AI companies

We do not sell, rent, or license your personal information to any third party. We also do not sell, license, or otherwise provide your project files, stems, mixes, or masters to any artificial intelligence system or company — local or commercial — for training, fine-tuning, or any other purpose. Your music and your data are not training data.

4. Who we share information with

We use a small number of service providers (subprocessors) to run Dracoharmonix, each of which only receives what it needs to do its job:

  • Stripe — payment processing and invoicing.
  • Cloudflare R2 — storage for your uploaded files and delivered mixes.
  • Supabase — our database, storing your account and project records.
  • Vercel — hosting for the website and its backend.

We do not otherwise share your information with third parties except where required by law.

5. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Data retention

We retain your account and project data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service and meet legal/financial recordkeeping obligations (e.g. payment records). You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing admin@dracoharmonix.com.

7. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at admin@dracoharmonix.com.

8. Children's privacy

Dracoharmonix is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
